A Bit About Us

DNA Quality Builders was born from a lifelong dream and a bit of a leap of faith. Aidan always wanted to be a builder, and after welcoming our first baby, we decided it was the perfect time to turn that dream into reality.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Aidan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are at the core of everything we do.

We’re a small, family-run business, and this tight-knit setup allows us to stay hands-on and personally invested in every project, from the initial consultation to the finishing touch.

Our Process

Get in Touch

First, get in touch with us via phone or email, if you haven’t got plans drawn up yet,  we can recommend an architect or draftsman for you.

Assessment

We’ll then go and take a look at the job and talk you through it just in case there are things you haven’t thought of for the space.

Timeframes

If you have plans, we then assess the situation and lock in the build and timeframe.

Quote

We’ll then provide you with a quote or estimate on the job and what will be involved.

We Get to Work

We’ll then get started on your project. We can help you apply for code of compliance and can manage the project for you.

Finance

We can do progress payments throughout to ensure it’s easier for you to finance and you can see where we’re at in terms of the job. 

Completion

On completion of the job, Aidan will provide you with the documents for code of compliance.
